WILCO GROENHUYSEN
Executive Vice President &
Chief Financial Officer

Wilco Groenhuysen became Executive Vice President and CFO in 2010, with responsibility for Worldwide Finance, Commercial Operations and Risk Management.

He joined Cephalon in 2007 as Senior Vice President, Worldwide Finance, with responsibility for accounting, financial planning and analysis, forecasting, taxes, procurement, treasury, and SEC and other external financial reporting.

Prior to joining Cephalon in 2007 he spent 20 years with Philips Electronics in various assignments in Europe, Asia and the United States, the latest of which started in 2002 when he was promoted to CFO and Senior Vice President of Philips Electronics North America Corporation.
