J. KEVIN BUCHI
Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Buchi became Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Cephalon in 2010. After being appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in 1996, he played an instrumental role in the global growth of Cephalon through acquisitions and sound financial management. He joined Cephalon as controller in March 1991 and held several financial positions before being appointed CFO.

Between 1985 and 1991, Mr. Buchi served in a number of financial positions with E.I. duPont de Nemours and Company.

Mr. Buchi received his masters in management degree from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University in 1982, and he is a certified public accountant. Mr. Buchi serves on the board of directors of Celator Pharmaceuticals, Inc. located in Princeton, New Jersey.
