CARL A. SAVINI
Executive Vice President & Chief Administrative Officer

Mr. Savini joined Cephalon in June 1993 and was Senior Vice President, Human Resources from January 2000 until October 2004 before being named Chief Administrative Officer, and later Executive Vice President in 2006.

Prior to that, he served as Director, Human Resources and was appointed Vice President, Human Resources in January 1995. Previously, he worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb Company for ten years in positions of increasing responsibility in human resources.

Mr. Savini graduated from Pennsylvania State University and received his MBA from La Salle College.
